应用

Coliform ChromoSelect Agar is recommended for the simultaneous detection ofEscherichia coliand thermotolerent coliforms in water, milk, dairy products and other food samples.

制备说明

Suspend 24 grams in 1000 ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121�? for 15 minutes.
