M-PA Agar Base is recommended for the detection and isolation ofPseudomonas aeruginosaby membrane filter technique.
制备说明
Suspend 39.68 g in 1000 ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121? for 15 minutes. Cool to 50 and aseptically add rehydrated contents of 1 vial of M-PA Selective Supplement (Cat. No. 73075). Mix well and use as desired.
