应用

Brain Heart Infusion with PABA and agar is used for culturing blood from patients under Sulphonamide therapy. The addition of agar improves growth of anaerobes.

制备说明

Suspend 38.05 grams in 1000 ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense as desired. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121�? for 15 minutes.
