HiCrome?Universal Differential Medium is a differential medium recommended for presumptive identification of microorganisms from clinical and non-clinical specimens.
制备说明
Suspend 35.00 grams in 1000 ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121? for 15 minutes. Cool to 50 and pour into sterile Petri plates.

We offer two media types: the superior granulated GranuCult?and the cost-efficient powdered NutriSelect?culture media, depending on your needs.
The designations basic, plus, or prime are added to indicate the quality control level, from basic quality control to standard QC plus to prime for full regulatory compliance.
