Strep B ChromoSelect Selective Agar Base is recommended for selective isolation of Group Bstreptococci.
制备说明
Suspend 37.65 grams in 1000 ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. DO NOT AUTOCLAVE. Cool to 45-50 and aseptically add the rehydrated contents of one vial of Strep B ChromoSelect Selective Supplement (Cat. No. 92650). Mix well and pour in sterile Petri plates.
