描述 Description	该细胞表面表达糖蛋白癌胚抗原(CEA)和TAG 72，左旋多巴脱羧酶(DDC)表达阴性。血管活性的肠肽(VIP)受体活性极低并缺乏胃泌激素受体。该细胞表达蕈毒碱胆碱受�?muscarinic cholinergic agents)，但没有证据表明表达N-myc、L-myc、myb� EGFR基因。该细胞表达的c-myc和c-erb-B 2 mRNA水平与其它细胞株相似，但不表达N-myc、L-myc、c-cis、IGF-2和胃泌激素释放肽(gastrin releasing peptide)。有报道认为NCI-N87细胞的植板率�?.3%。每个批次均通过本库支原体检测，结果为阴性。经本库STR检测结果无误。STR结果如下：Amelogenin: X,Y；CSF1PO: 8,12；D13S317: 8,11；D16S539: 9,13；D5S818: 12,13；D7S820: 10,11；THO1: 9；TPOX: 9,11；vWA: 15,16

Gazdar and associates at the National Cancer Institute from a liver metastasis of a well differentiated carcinoma of the stomach taken prior to cytotoxic therapy. The tumor was passaged as a xenograft in athymic nude mice for three passages before the cell line was established.
