交联剂TexTrit® HFM-2

交联剂TexTrit® HFM-2是具有多分支多官能末端封闭型异氰酸脂基团，结合拼用织物功能整理剂经过加热处理提高交联性能效果。尤其是与织物防水剂和抗菌整理剂等其它弱阳离子及非离子乳液相溶性良好。加热处理时不会发生甲醛。

二、使用方法

浸轧法（一浸一轧）

用量：                  20  -  30g/L

干燥条件              110℃  ×  1-2分钟

烘焙条件               170℃  ×  1-2分钟

注意事项

1.因处理条件的不同有变色（变黄）的可能性，所以请事先进行确认后再使用。在加工白色或淡色布时要特别注意；

2.将本品和其他助剂拼用时，要确认好拼用助剂的性质之后，再进行预备试验，并且跟随实际操作过程的方法来确认拼用性；

3.使用后请密封保存在阴暗处，避免阳光直射；

4.对含有本品的调整液请进行缓慢的搅拌。

Crosslinking Agent

TexTrit® HFM-2

The cross-linking agent TexTrit® HFM-2 is a multi-branched, multi-functional, end-blocked isocyanate group, combined with fabric functional finishing agent to improve the effect of cross-linking performance through heating treatment. In particular, it has good compatibility with other weak cationic and non-ionic emulsions such as fabric waterproofing agents and antibacterial finishing agents. Formaldehyde does not occur during heat treatment.

Usage:

Padding method (one dipping and one rolling)

Dosage:             20-30g/L

Drying conditions：   110℃ × 1-2 minutes

Baking conditions ：  170℃ × 1-2 minutes

Attentions:

1. There is the possibility of color change (yellowing) due to different treatment conditions. So please confirm before using. When processing white or light colored cloth, pay special attention.

2. When the product is combined with other auxiliaries, the properties of the auxiliaries should be confirmed before preliminary tests. And follow the actual operation process to confirm the compatibility.

3. Please seal and store in a dark place after use. Avoid direct sunlight.

4. Please stir the solution containing this product slowly.
