小鼠肥大细胞瘤细胞P815。该细胞生长不能被硫酸葡聚糖、LPS或PPD抑制。检测表明鼠痘病?ectromelia virus，ECTV)阴性。每个批次均通过本库支原体检测，结果为阴性。该细胞经过STR鉴定，结果为：①该株细胞DNA进行小鼠细胞STR分型结果显示，扩增后图谱清晰，分型结果良好：18-3?7,18?-2?4.3?-7?2,13?-5?2,13,14；X-1?7.3?5-3?1.3?2-1?5.3?6.3?-4?7.3；CSF1PO：无；vWA：无?-2?8.3；Jarid1：X，X、br/>②该株细胞确为小鼠细胞，没有人源细胞污染、/span> |

细胞状态：部分悬浮、部分贴壁生长。贴壁细胞可用刮刀刮下后继续悬浮生长、br/>【注意事项【br/>复苏好的P815细胞通过普通快递寄出，细胞多数呈悬浮状态，可能有些许细胞贴壁。当您收到细胞后，请将全部细胞悬液转移到离心管，贴壁的细胞经吹打脱壁后一并收集，离心1000rpm, 5min 离心后，加入10-15ml培养液将细胞沉淀重悬，接种到2个T25培养瓶内，继续培养。原瓶内的培养液可以继续使用，为预防污染请添加双抗、/span> |
