| 性质描述: | 液体。沸点156-158℃（0.93kPa），110-115℃（6.65×10-3kPa）。 | |||||
| 生产方法: | 由1-苯基环戊烷甲酰氯与二乙氨基乙醇经酯化而得。将1-苯基环戊烷甲酰氯加入干燥的反应锅内，搅拌冷至10-15℃，滴加二乙氨基乙醇，内温逐渐上升至110℃，于2.5-3h内加毕，搅拌30min，升温至115-125℃，反应2-2.5h，趁热放料，放置过夜。加5倍量的水溶解，加10%盐酸至pH=6-7。过滤除去不溶物。滤液用苯提取后，加活性炭，于70-80℃脱色2h，过滤。滤液加碳酸钠至中性，析出油层，用硫酸钠饱和溶液洗至中性，再加无水硫酸钠干燥，过滤，得咳美芬盐基。 | |||||
| 用途: | 该品与乙烷二磺酸成盐，即为止咳药咳美芬，有抑制咳嗽中枢的作用。用于肺结核、气管炎、支气管炎、流感引起的咳嗽。 |
