Enalapril Maleate是一种血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂，用于治疗高血压，糖尿病肾病以及慢性心力衰竭。

ACE

体外研究

Enalapril通过酯水解迅速转化为enalaprilat，一种有效的ACE抑制剂;Enalapril本身只有微弱的ACE抑制剂。Enalapril降低外周血管阻力，而不会增加心脏速率。 [1]

体内研究

在nnee小鼠中，Enalapril阻断eNOS缺乏对血压（BP），动脉粥样硬化和肾功能不全的有害作用。[2] 在mdx小鼠中，Enalapril引起剂量依赖性前肢强度增加。在mdx小鼠的胫骨前肌中，Enalapril剂量依赖性降低超氧阴离子生产，通过二氢乙染色所观察。Enalapril（5 毫克/公斤）减小在两个gastrocnemious肌肉和隔膜肌肉坏死的区域，而对非肌肉面积没有显著效果。[3] 在菌素（STZ）诱导的糖尿病（STZ-DM）的大鼠中，Enalapril显著增加肾重及尿白蛋白浓度，依那普利马来酸的结果，N-乙酰基 - FL-D-glucosamidase（NAG）和血清中ET-1， 并且ET-1在肾脏的浓度趋于增加。在糖尿病大鼠的肾脏中，Enalapril导致增加系膜细胞增生，基质扩张和放大系膜区。在STZ-DM大鼠中，Enalapril降低增加的尿白蛋白和NAG的浓度，在电子显微镜的变化略有好转。[4]

Enalapril Maleate is a drug, which is widely used as an antihypertensive and a vasodilator in congestive heart failure. It is a derivative of 2 amino acids such as L-alanine and L-proline.

应用

These Secondary Standards are qualified as Certified Reference Materials. These are suitable for use in several analytical applications including but not limited to pharma release testing, pharma method development for qualitative and quantitative analyses, food and beverage quality control testing, and other calibration requirements.
Enalapril Maleate may be used as a pharmaceutical reference standard for the quantification of the analyte in pharmaceutical formulations using derivative UV spectrophotometry and chromatography techniques.
