体外研究

Glycopyrrolate以剂量依赖方式抑制由EFS诱导的豚鼠气管和人类呼吸道的收缩。在竞争性研究中，glycopyrrolate结合人类肺外围和呼吸道平滑肌（HASM）毒蕈碱型受体，其亲和力单位在纳摩尔级别（Ki=0.5-3.6 nM）。Glycopyrrolate对M1-M3受体的结合没有选择性。动力学研究表明，glycopyrrolate缓慢地从HASM毒蕈碱型受体解离出来[1]。
