产品说明 生化/生理作用 Topiroxostat (FYX-051) is an orally active and potent inhibitor of xanthine oxidoreductase (XOR). It appears that inhibition of XOR by topiroxostat is due to the formation a covalent linkage to molybdenum via oxygen in the hydroxylation reaction intermediate. Also, topiroxostat displayed a potent, non-covalent inhibition of XOR.
