作为分光光度法和高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定的标准品。

生化/生理作用

S-亚硝基谷胱甘肽(GSNO)抑制兔骨骼肌中肌浆网结合肌酸激酶的活性，并最终减少肌浆网囊泡中 ATP 驱动的 Ca²⁺ 摄取。气道细胞中的 GSNO 使气道平滑肌松弛并增强气道纤毛运动。它还阻断气道上皮阿米洛利敏感的钠转运，同时刺激钙依赖性上皮细胞氯转运并诱导中性粒细胞凋亡。此外，它还具有抗菌活性。囊性纤维化(CF)气道中 GSNO 浓度低。它是NO供体，可作为平滑肌松弛剂和血管扩张剂，并且能抑制体内的血小板活化。
