应用

多西拉敏抑制组胺 H1 受体。它与失眠的短期管理和普通感冒症状的暂时缓解有关。另一方面，多西拉敏中毒与横纹肌溶解和继发性急性肾功能衰竭有关。
对小鼠的研究显示，多西拉敏诱导肝微粒体细胞色素 P450 和其它与甲状腺素 (T4) 代谢有关的酶。本药与盐酸吡哆醇合用，可治疗晨吐。
