性质描述:

白色结晶性粉末。熔点119℃。不溶于水，但可以缓慢溶解，同时发生水解作用。在25℃丙酮中溶解度为2.4g/100ml，在乙醇中溶解度0.1g/100ml，几乎无臭。

生产方法:

由甲基磺酰氯与1,4-丁二醇缩合而得。

用途:

抗肿瘤药。该品为细胞周期非特异性药物，主要用于G1期和M期。该品低剂量抑制骨髓粒细胞的生成，对红细胞和淋巴细胞几乎无影响。大剂量时对红细胞和淋巴细胞几乎无影响。大剂量时对红细胞和淋巴细胞的生成起抑制作用。由于选择性作用，对慢性粒细胞白血病疗效显著。白消安为目前治疗慢性粒细胞白血病的主要药物，其缓解率可达80-90%。但一旦发生急性变时应停药。
