产品说明 一般描述 Calcein Blue is a cell-permeable dye that stains viable cells. Upon entering the cell, intracellular esterases cleave the acetoxymethyl (AM) ester group, yielding the membrane-impermeable Calcein Blue fluorescent dye. The staining applications of Calcein blue include tumor tissues, mineralized tissues, bone, amino acids, and many more. 应用 Calcein blue has been used fluorescent labeling of the mineralised sections of bone. Calcein blue AM ester hydrolyzed to calcein blue is suitable as a a viability stain, both microscopically, and in fluorescence activated cell sorting systems.
