应用

酒石酸氢钠也可用于制备柠檬酸钠-酒石酸钠试剂，在比色测定土壤样品中铵离子时，可与干扰金属络合。用酒石酸氢钠对负载型镍催化剂进行改性，导致乙酰乙酸甲酯加氢过程中对映体过量 (ee) 增强。
