性质描述:

金黄色结晶或结晶性粉末。在100g水中的溶解度，冷时为2.5g，热时为10g。微溶于甲醇和乙醇。其中性溶液和酸性溶液均呈浅黄色，其碱性溶液呈橙黄色。

生产方法:

由R盐经歪硝化而制得。将R盐溶于水中，加入浓盐酸，冷至5℃。在剧烈搅拌下，缓缓搅拌下，缓缓滴加预先冷却的亚硝酸钠溶液。加毕，继续搅拌15min。过滤，用水洗杂质，再加乙醇洗涤一次即得纯品。

用途:

该品是测定痕量钴最灵敏的试剂。
