一般描述

Cell-permeable. The naturally-occuring active ingredient from the herbal medicine, Eclipta alba, that acts as a selective and irreversible inhibitor of IKKα and IKKβ kinase activities (IC₅₀<10 µM). Inhibits NF-κB-mediated gene transcription in cells by blocking the phosphorylation and degradation of IκBα. Does not affect the activities of p38 MAP kinase or Akt.
