性质描述:

黄色液体或带黄绿色棱柱形结晶。熔点28℃，沸点198-199℃，88℃（2.26kPa），相对密度（20/4℃）0.885，折光率（nD21）1.4968。溶于醇、醚。不溶于水。

生产方法:

由丙酮催化缩合、脱水而得。催化剂氢氧化钠（或钾）用量为0.12-0.2%，于200-210℃反应1-1.5h，丙酮转化率为30-35%，佛尔酮收率为65-70%，双丙酮醇收率为16%，异丙叉丙酮收率为7%，高沸点物收率为3-7%。

用途:

用作溶剂。用于合成树脂、纤维、医药中间体、润滑油添加剂、防臭剂的生产。
