性质描述:

固体。熔点67-69℃，沸点160-165℃/35.91kPa。

生产方法:

氰苄经溴化、缩合得到二苯乙腈，再与二溴乙烷缩合而得。1.二苯乙腈的制备将氰苄加热到105℃，在1h内滴加完溴素，在105-110℃反应0.5h，冷却，得到α-溴代氰苄溶液备用。在干燥的反应锅内，加入苯及无水三氯化铝，搅拌加热至回流，滴加上述溴代氰苄溶液，约1h加完。继续回流1h，冷却后放入盐酸和碎冰的混合液中。静置分层，水层用苯抽提，将抽提液与苯合并，水洗至中性，减压回收苯。剩余液放入无水乙醇中冷却结晶，过滤，用无水乙醇洗涤、干燥，得二苯乙腈。2.溴乙基二苯乙腈的制备将甲苯、粉状的钠氨和二苯乙腈加入干燥的反应锅中，加热至80-85℃反应0.5h。冷却，在30-35℃下很快加入二溴乙烷。继续搅拌0.5h。升温至80-85℃反应1.5h。冷却，过滤，用甲苯洗涤滤饼，至甲苯无色。合并甲苯液，水洗至中性。减压回收甲苯后，剩余液即为溴乙基二苯乙腈。
