产品描述

Sulindac 是一种非甾体类的COX抑制剂，有效地抑制了前列腺素的合成，用来治疗急性或者慢性炎症。

体外研究

在两个结肠癌和其它细胞系中，Sulindac和其代谢物sulindac sulfide和sulindac sulfone也能抑制NF-κB途径，由于Sulindac介导的IKKbeta激酶活性的降低。[1]在长满和未长满的HT-29细胞中，Sulindac sulfide显著降低细胞数达4倍左右。Sulindac sulfid抑制多种来自其它组织，以及正常的上皮细胞和成纤维细胞来源的肿瘤细胞系的生长。[2]在CRC细胞系DLD1和SW480中，Sulindac sulfide抑制 beta-catenin/TCF介导的基因转录，并减少非磷酸化的beta-catenin的水平。[3]

体内研究

在鼠modelof家族性腺瘤性息肉病中，Sulindac不仅抑制肿瘤形成，而且降低小肠COX-2和前列腺素E（2）到基准水平，恢复细胞凋亡的正常水平。[4] 在Min/+小鼠肠组织中，Sulindac不仅减少95％肿瘤数，但不改变PGE 2和LTB 4的水平。在Min/+小鼠肠组织中，Sulindac降低肿瘤数目82％，而花生酸水平仍然在提升。[5] 在Min/+小鼠肠组织中，Sulindac引起4天之内70-80％的消退，但不具有对结肠损伤同样的影响。[6]
