体外研究

Ifosfamide（50 mM）增加肝细胞中的CYP3A4，CYP2C8，CYP2C9蛋白水平，这提高了培养肝细胞自身的4-羟基化率。在表达CYP3A5和更广泛表达CYP3A4的肝细胞中，Ifosfamide只诱导CYP3A4的表达。[1] Ifosfamide在肝脏中通过细胞色素P450混合功能氧化酶代谢成为isofosforamide芥前药，活性烷基化化合物。在小细胞肺癌，小儿实体瘤，non-Hodgkin's和Hodgkin's淋巴瘤和卵巢癌中，Ifosfamide已经产生良好的反应率。[2]在稳定转染CYP2B1的MCF-7细胞中，Ifosfamide有高度细胞毒性，此细胞毒性可以明显被CYP2B1抑制剂metyrapone阻止，但对亲本肿瘤细胞和beta-半乳糖苷酶表达的MCF-7细胞无影响。[3] Ifosfamide和Zoledronic acid联用比单独用药在预防肿瘤复发，提高组织修复，增加骨形成（分析骨小梁结构）更有效。[4]

体内研究

在小鼠中，Ifosfamide（100毫克/千克，200毫克/公斤和400毫克/千克）腹膜内注射剂量依赖性地诱导膀胱湿重和Evans蓝外渗的增加。Ifosfamide揭示了小鼠中广泛膀胱炎特征，包括急性炎症和血管充血，水肿，出血和血纤维蛋白沉积，中性粒细胞浸润和上皮剥脱。Ifosfamide显示出对细胞质中诱导型一氧化氮合酶以及对苏木精和曙红染色强度和弥漫性坏死的强烈反应。[5]
