性质描述:

白色结晶。熔点195-199℃。易溶于水，能溶于乙醇和乙酸乙酯。

生产方法:

L-γ-谷氨酸经酯化、胺化、乙酰化而得。1.酯化将甲醇加入干燥的反应罐，搅拌下缓缓加入硫酸。冷至20℃ 以下，,加入L-γ-谷氨酸。待溶解后于20℃ 保温4h，得L-γ-谷氨酸甲酯液。重量配料比为L-γ-谷氨酸:甲醇:硫酸=1：10：0.5。2.胺化将L-γ-谷氨酸甲酯液冷至0℃，加甲基红作指示剂，通氨至中性。加入三硫碳溶解，继续通氨至饱和。于20℃ 放置4d过滤，滤液减压抽去氨气。加入4N乙酸中和。于60℃ 保温0.5h，减压抽去三硫化碳。残液加二倍甲醇析出沉淀。冷却，过滤，干燥，得粗品。加水使成2%水溶液，流经弱碱性苯乙烯系阴离子交换树脂303×2(704)，收集流出液，减压浓缩。加入甲醇沉淀，过滤，用甲醇，乙醚反复洗涤，干燥得L-γ-谷氨酸酰胺。3.乙酰化将氢氧化钠溶液(1N)加入反应罐内，冷至0℃ ，搅拌下加入谷氨酰胺，溶解后搅拌1h。同时滴加乙酐和氢氧化钠溶液(2N)，于0-5℃ 放置过液。加6N盐酸至pH1-2，析出结晶。冷却，过滤，用冰冷的无离子不洗到氯根符合要求止，干燥，得乙酰谷氨酰胺。重量配料比为L-γ-谷氨酸酰胺：乙酐(无水)=1：1.1.总收率50%(对L-γ-谷氨酸)。

用途:

医药。用于脑外伤昏迷，高位性截瘫以及神经系统疾患。也可治疗神经性头痛，腰痛小儿麻痹后遗乙脑后遗症等，与异丙醇铝反应得到乙酰谷酰胺铝，用抗溃疡药。
