All information provided in support of this product, including SDS and any product information leaflets have been developed and issued under the Authority of the issuing Pharmacopoeia. 生化/生理作用 Anatabine is a blood-brain barrier penetrant minor alkaloid, a cholinergic agonist, isolated from Solanaceae plant family that exhibits anti-inflammatory properties. Apparently, anti-inflammatory properties of anatabine are partially mediated by inhibition of STAT3 and p65 NFkB phosphorylation. Anatabine decreases the transcription and protein synthesis of β-secretase (BACE-1), and appears to ameliorate experimental autoimmune thyroiditis and encephalomyelitis. 分析说明 These products are for test and assay use only.
