性质描述:

结晶，熔点278-280℃。其盐酸盐（[19237-84-4]）为白色结晶性粉末，熔点275（分解）。难溶于乙醇，略溶于等渗盐水和水中。无臭，味苦。

生产方法:

3，4-二甲氧基-6-氨基苯腈在水和二氯甲烷中与硫肛光气反应得3，4-二甲氧基-6-异硫氰酰苯腈（收率94%），将其与1-（2-呋喃甲酰）哌嗪在乙酸乙酯中反应得硫脲衍生物（收率90%），再与碘甲烷进行甲基化反应后用碱处理得游离S-甲基异硫脲衍生物（收率95%）。最后将S-甲基异硫脲簿生物与氨、氯化铵、尿素在甲酰胺中反应制得哌唑嗪。

用途:

该品选择性地阻滞突触后触膜上的α-受体，直接松弛血管平滑肌，扩张小动脉和小静脉，减轻心脏前负荷和后负荷，是一种较新的血管扩张药。
