应用

L-BMAA 盐酸盐可用作标准品，用于比较沙漠结皮(desert crust)材料的β-N-甲基氨基-1-丙氨酸(BMAA)异构体分析中的所有样品。它也已被用作f/2+Sii培养基的添加剂，用于处理三角藻(Phaeodyylum tricornutum)和威氏海链藻 (Thalassiosira weissflogii)细胞，以研究其对它们的作用。
