性质描述: 黄色粉末。熔点90℃。在水、0.1N氢氧化钠溶液、0.1N盐酸或10%乙醇中的溶解度无均小于0.05mg/ml；在无水乙醇中的溶解茺为70毫克/毫升，微溶于丙二醇。
生产方法: 由2-氨基乙醇与尿素环合为2-噁唑烷酮，再与环已胺反应生成N-（2-羟乙基）-N'-环乙基脲，然后用氯化亚砜氯化得到N-（2-氯乙基）-N'-环已基脲，最后经亚硝化反应制得环已亚硝脲。
用途: 该品为烷化剂类抗癌药，能与细胞成分亲核集团发生烃化反应，而以核酸为烃化的主要功击对象，使DNA结构功能破坏，细胞分裂繁殖停止或死亡。对脑胶质瘤、肺癌、淋巴瘤等有较好的疗效，对中枢神经系统白血病也有一定的疗效。雄小鼠口服LD50为51mg/kg。
