Rocuronium Bromide是一种氨基甾体类非去极化的神经肌肉受体抑制剂或肌肉松弛剂。

体外研究

在肌细胞中，Rocuronium bromide（RB），一个氨基甾型神经肌肉阻断剂，作用是通过降低或抑制乙酰胆碱的去极化作用。[1] Rocuronium通过结合到底物结合位点与人肝脏微粒体细胞色素P450（CYP）相互作用。Rocuronium造成两种反应抑制分别达20％和15％。[2]

体内研究

Rocuronium是一种理想的肌肉松弛剂，具有起效快，作用时间可持续，非去极化特性和缺乏心血管副作用。在isoflurane麻醉马中，Rocuronium产生剂量依赖性神经肌肉阻滞作用的持续时间。[3] 在犬中，Rocuronium bromide，相对较低的效价，中效剂在98秒迅速起效。[4] 在临床条件下的猫中，Rocuronium是有效非去极化肌肉松弛剂。Rocuronium具有起效快，作用持续时间短。[5] 在犬中，Rocuronium（0.6 毫克/千克）静脉给药后导致心脏速率的显著增加。Rocuronium（0.3毫克/千克和0.6毫克/千克）产生23-32分钟时间的可靠的神经肌肉阻滞作用。[6] 在猫中给药60秒后，Rocuronium bromide麻痹内部喉肌，保持声带在中间位置（paramedial）。[7]

Rocuronium Bromide is a fumarate, non-depolarizing, neuromuscular blocking agent. It is rapid-acting, relaxes the skeletal muscle and decreases oxygen consumption during surgery. It competes with acetylcholine and bind to cholinergic receptors at neuromuscular junctions.
