产品说明 一般描述 3-(N-吗啉代)丙磺酸(MOPS)是一种具有吗啉代环的N-取代氨基磺酸。MOPS在6.5～-7.9的pH范围内具有缓冲能力。MOPS因其惰性特性而被广泛用于生物和生物化学研究。它不与溶液中的任何金属离子相互作用，并且具有显著的金属-缓冲液稳定性，尤其是与铜(Cu)、镍(Ni)、锰(Mn)、锌(Zn)、钴(Co)离子。MOPS缓冲液可维持哺乳动物细胞培养基的pH。MOPS的作用在于维持RNA的变性凝胶电泳的pH。MOPS可改变脂质的相互作用并影响膜的厚度和屏障属性。MOPS可与牛血清白蛋白相互作用并稳定该蛋白。过氧化氢可将MOPS缓慢氧化成N-氧化物形式。 应用 MOPS已用于：

The pKa of MOPS is 7.01 which make it an ideal candidate for medias and protein based buffer formulations to maintain a stable environment in solution. MOPS is considered to be non-toxic to culture cell lines and provides high-solution clarity.
MOPS is used in cell culture media, biopharmaceutical buffer formulations (both upstream and downstream).
